Yokohama Physio Begins Partnership with Bange Kickboxing Gym in Ebisu

Physiotherapy support now available every Tuesday & Thursday

We’re excited to announce that Yokohama Physio has officially started working with Bange Kickboxing Gym in Ebisu, offering on-site physiotherapy and performance support every Tuesday and Thursday.

Kickboxing is a dynamic sport that demands speed, power, mobility, and precise technique. But with high-level training comes stress on the body — from tight hips and shoulders to chronic impact-related issues. Our goal is simple:
help athletes move better, recover smarter, and perform at their best.

What We Offer at Bange Gym

During our visits, members can receive:

  • Injury assessment & treatment
Early detection and hands-on care to stop small issues from becoming major problems.

  • Mobility and movement screening
Find the root cause of pain or stiffness that limits performance.

  • Recovery sessions
Soft-tissue work, joint mobilization, and corrective techniques to reset the body after tough training.

  • Performance-focused advice
Practical guidance on posture, warm-ups, cool-downs, and strength work tailored to kickboxing.

Why We Joined Bange Kickboxing Gym

Bange has built a strong reputation in Tokyo for technical coaching, friendly community, and a serious approach to training. Many of the gym’s members push their limits — and we want to support that effort with professional care.

By being on-site twice a week, we can reduce injury downtime, speed up recovery, and help fighters train consistently toward their goals.
