Rehabilitation

Beyond recovery — back to natural movement

“I had surgery on a tibial plateau fracture from a snowboarding accident in Feb last year. During my recovery, multiple orthopaedic surgeons told me I could never snowboard again. I was quite desperate when I met Yuji in August, but he simply said he could fix me without hesitation! After a course of pain solving and strengthening with a bit of Yuji magic for only 6 months, I was back on snowboarding by following Feb. Just amazing. He is very knowledgeable, skilful and accommodating. I am truly grateful.”

Post-Op Physiotherapy

Rehabilitation after surgery or injury isn’t just about regaining movement.

It’s about regaining confidence, control, and ease in how you move.

Many people recover strength and mobility, but are left with compensations — subtle changes in movement that can lead to ongoing discomfort or future problems.

My approach goes beyond basic rehab.

I look at:

  • how are your joints functioning

  • how your body moves as a system

  • how you perform everyday activities

From “able to move” to “moving naturally.”

For example, after knee surgery, the issue is often not just the knee.

The hips, ankles, and overall movement patterns all play a role in how well you recover.

We focus on restoring:

  • smooth, efficient movement

  • balanced load distribution

  • confidence in daily activities like walking, standing, and stairs

Move with confidence again

Rehabilitation is progressed step by step, at the right pace for your body.

The goal is simple: to help you return to movement that feels natural, stable, and pain-free.
