Sports Injury

Fix the cause. Come back stronger.

Muscle strains, tendinitis, and overuse injuries are rarely just about “doing too much.”

In most cases, they’re the result of how your body is moving —
where certain areas are taking on more load because others aren’t doing their job properly.

That’s why treating only the painful area often leads to recurring issues.

I start by assessing your movement in real situations — running, cutting, loading, or any action that triggers your symptoms.

From there, I look at how your whole body works together to identify why that specific area is under stress.

Treatment may involve:

  • Improving hip and core function

  • Restoring foot and ankle mechanics

  • Re-training movement patterns

Not just recovery — better performance

The goal isn’t just to get you out of pain. It’s to help you move more efficiently, reduce unnecessary strain, and build a body that is:

  • more resilient

  • less injury-prone

  • capable of performing at a higher level
